Welcome - Post 1 ​

Hello! Thank you for your interest in the meettrax platform. I am excited to share with you our journey as we launch our platform!

First, just a little about me. I'm Jeff Hansen and I have been involved with track & field in various capacities throughout my life. Pole vault was my primary event where I won an NCAA championship and was a five-time All-American. I have coached at the collegiate level and now as the head coach of my local high school. I also have a deep love for technology that makes life better, and have started a handful of businesses doing just that. I am excited to bring these two loves together to make meets more enjoyable for everyone!

Meettrax is a fresh, new approach to running meets. Our goal, simply put, is to make meets better. We are starting with Track & Field but will be expanding to other sports (XC and swimming next).

We want better for everyone - on the web and in our mobile apps. Here is a short list of just some of our features:

Coaches ​

• Easily find and register for meets.
• Import your roster from Aktivate (RegisterMyAthlete), and more.
• Use Smart Entry to rapidly register your athletes based on previously entered events, team rank, or athlete preference (and more!). This feature alone will save hours of time per meet!
• View team-filtered meet entries, heat sheet entries, and results.

Meet Directors ​

• Quickly setup your meet events, scheduled ordered of events, pricing and attendee assignment details.
• Invite teams to attend your meet and approve incoming requests.
• Communicate with attending teams in a group conversation.
• Locate local timing providers.
• Generate invoices and receive payment from attendees.

Timing Providers ​

• Advertise your timing services and get matched with teams needing timing.
• Best in class meet management tools including rapid seeding.
• Integrated with timing software for real-time results.
• Intuitive mobile apps for running the field events, providing real-time results.

Athletes ​

• Use the app to view personal meet entries, schedule, and results.
• Set your preferred events for your coach to reference while making meet entries.
• Get real-time event notifications (first call, etc.).

Fans ​

• Follow your favorite athletes and teams.
• Get upcoming meet and results notifications for those you follow.
• Watch the meet in real-time.

We are focused on creating the absolute best platform for hosting meets, from top to bottom. Meettrax uses cutting-edge technologies that will provide the most stable, secure, and fast platform available. This will allow us to deliver an unmatched experience for everyone.
